LawWorm.com has developed a program which allows you to stay as current on Law and Procedure as possible by learning and reviewing the legal Internet and earn INTERACTIVE PARTICAPATORY CREDITS in doing so.
You simply cannot function on equal footing in today's legal environment if you are not able to take full advantage
of all the Internet has to offer by way of legal research and information gathering.
For this reason, aside from being the least expensive, our courses may very well be more important than any others you may attend. Our interactive courses are designed to impart skills and confidence in the use of the legal Internet. You need no experience with the Internet in order to do our courses. You will, however, be a master of the legal Internet when finished, and the quality and efficiency of your practice will reflect it.
HOW TO MINIMIZE YOUR COST PER CREDIT
CALIFORNIA
California attorneys are required to complete 25 CLE credits every three years. Attorneys are divided into three reporting groups with each group's completion period ending on January 31. Finish your requirement for the current reporting period, then wait until February 1 (no carry over in California) and continue doing credits toward your next reporting period for the balance of your Two Year Subscription period. Do all 50 credits through your Season Pass, cost per credit $4.30.
ARIZONA
Arizona attorneys must complete 15 CLE credits each year, due each June 30.
Complete your credit requirement by June 30, then complete your following year's
requirement for the following June 30 deadline through your Two Year Season's
Pass. Thereafter, depending on your Lawworm subscription date, you should have
sufficient time to complete yet a third year's requirement before your
Two Year Season's Pass has expired. Do 45 credits through your Season's
Pass. Cost per credit $4.77!
ARIZONA BONUS: Arizona has a liberal carry over policy. Arizona
attorneys may "carry over," up to 15 credits toward the following
year's requirement. Thus, complete 30 credits during your third reporting
period after subscribing to Lawworm.com, and carry over 15 credits toward the
fourth reporting year from the date of your subscription. Do 60 credits. Cost
per credit $3.58!
Even if you have already completed some, but not all, credits toward your current
reporting period, by subscribing to Lawworm.com and continuing to complete credits
toward subsequent reporting periods you will have reduced your costs per credit
to far, far below any other CLE provider we are aware of.
NEW YORK
New York attorneys are required to complete 24 CLE credits every two years. Attorney's reporting periods are determined by birth date. Complete your current requirement by your reporting date, continue doing courses thereafter for the balance of your Two Year Subscription period. Do all 48 credits through your Season Pass, cost per credit $4.06.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All New York courses are worth 1.5 credits based upon New York's 50 minutes equal one hour standard. Accordingly, 16 Lawworm courses equal 24 New York CLE credit hours.
